Tasks:
- Manage phones and emails from customers regarding services and scheduling
- Use our sales software to store, generate and manage customer information
- Follow up weekly with customers who have requested services
- Quality check accepted estimated to ensure all information is correct
- Schedule confirmed work orders
- Coordinate and manage tasks for technicians by maintaining a weekly schedule
- Act as a lisason between technicians and the owners in a way that promotes employee welfare and the company’s growth
- Communicate with the appropriate staff to discuss scheduling and technician performance
- Follow up with customers after a service has been finished to ensure customer satisfaction and help resolve any issues if needed
- Invoicing/billing
- Refer to our software system to manage our weekly outgoing call list
- Contact any customers who have not signed contracts to see if they have any questions, concerns etc..
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday hours 8am-5pm Saturday hours 8am-3pm

- Proficiency in computers

Our exterior cleaning business is hiring a General Labor Lead to join our power washing team. Are you looking for a fun, positive career and have general labor experience leading and managing crews? Our general labor crews work hard to provide exceptional service for both our residential and commercial power washing customers. If you love working outdoors in a team environment where your hard work is celebrated and appreciated we may be a good fit for you. Our exterior cleaning crews are the best in the area and we are looking for a rockstar to lead them.
Our general labor crews power wash the exterior of homes and buildings, roofs, gutters, decks, driveways, parking lots, and more. If you have experience as a construction laborer, pressure washer, roofer, window cleaner, gutter cleaner, power washer or other labor position apply today. Tasks:
- Communicate with the office staff daily to manage work orders and customer expectations
- Manage the crew to make sure they are prepared for the workday
- Drive the crew to each job site
- Notify customers of your arrival and your start time prior to arrival
- Ensure that both the pre and post wash checklists are complete
- Send messages to customers with updates on the job progress
- Maintain vehicles and equipment
- Maintain and manage all safety measures for each job site
- Keep your crew on time
- Provide quality assurance after the job is complete
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $15/hour until fully trained and you have the ability to work independently
- Pay will increase to $20/hour after training
- After one year during our peak season, hourly pay can increase to $25/h
